The Veterans division takes into account that as father time catches up with us we may find endurance levels wane and we not as flexible as we could be.

The stages and tasks reflect this and we believe that focusing more on strength exercises and functional exercises that are easier on the joints creates a great competitive division that will see our Men get off the couch and rekindling that competitive spirit.
