The Tactical Nation stands firmly against the lies and dishonesty currently playing out in the media against our two stores, Marksman Arms and The Gun Safe. We welcome the parties involved to go to court and produce verifiable evidence that supports their statements.

 

We have taken a stand against gutter journalism by refusing them to control the narrative. Not one statement, allegation or crocodile tear presented to us prior to airing was supported by a single piece of documentary proof. The signed agreements, bank statements, firearms registers, unredacted WhatsApp conversations, emails and alleged corruption including at the SAPS was ignored.

 

Of course it was, this is not about the truth!

 

The real story here is the alleged criminal actions of both Martha (Cobie) and Eduard Groenewald and Adri and Dawie Nel, both of which we discovered in October and November 2025.

 

This is not about payments, the contracts are clear, they are owed ZERO, this is about using the media to mask their illegal activities, try intimidating our group, and deflect attention away from their own devious actions that have put many clients at risk and left shareholders out of pocket.

 

We have already begun preparing our legal assault months ago and the truth will be presented in the appropriate forum at the most opportune time. The facts are the facts, media sensationalism is just that, sensationalism.

 

As the wise say: If you have a case you go to court, if you don’t you go to the media BUT be careful what you wish for, the media are not a court of law, they are not on your side, they are using you for ratings.

 

You have opened the door for a public display of the truth, and we intend to do that when the legal experts have confirmed it is appropriate to do so.

 

We want to assure all customers, of which there are several, that we are vehemently pursuing a recovery of the firearms and funds you paid at The Gun Safe, and we will hold Martha Groenewald, Eduard Groenewald and all parties involved to account.

 

We will vehemently pursue a solution to try protecting all 1000+ customers affected by the alleged fraudulent training racket operated by Adri and Dawie Nel and Koos De Beer preceding our takeover of the business. As has already been offered to multiple clients, this will include the new owners supplementing the cost for clients to redo their proficiency training.

 

The truth will be revealed, there is however work to do to protect our clients, the same clients who these despicable beings used, abused and dismissed to further their personal interests and agenda with no thought of the consequences on others.

 

They will be held to account. FAFO.
